Mark Burley – Executive Director & Founder
MA, BA (Hons), DipM, PG Cert HE, Chartered FCIPD, MCIM, AMRS
Over the past 15 years, Mark has been delighted to partner Nestor’s clients on an ongoing basis, through understanding their changing business requirements and developing the appropriate HR solution for them.
As well as his commercial focus, Mark has also lectured at Middlesex University lecturing post-graduate students in Human Resources, specialising in HR Strategy and Reward.
Mark has an MA in Human Resource Management, a BA in Business Studies, a Diploma in Marketing and a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Mark is also a certified practitioner for Thomas International psychometric testing (PPA, GIA, EI) & Myers Briggs (MBTI).
Arthur Bradbury - Managing Director

Nestor’s Managing Director, Arthur Bradbury, has over two decades of experience in driving exceptional commercial outcomes and business growth. For the past decade he has worked for some of the UK’s largest companies that provide HR and Health & Safety support. He has also worked for the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and a number of other membership organisations in the UK.
Arthur’s passion is driving sustainable growth within organisations by challenging individuals and companies to change the way they think and proving that there are multiple ways of achieving success. He believes that progressive organisations need progressive support, hence his desire to develop tailored HR solutions that deliver peace of mind and clarity of business direction.
Arthur comes to Nestor with a view to expand and enhance what Nestor can offer to its clients, supporting organisations/business owners to achieve their financial and people objectives.
Sarah Hyland – Head of HR Consulting
MSc Human Resource Management, Level 7 CIPD
As Head of HR Consulting, Sarah oversees our team of talented HR Business Partners as well as the development of our wider consulting team. Sarah also looks after her own portfolio of clients.
Sarah joined Nestor in 2014 and during this time she has provided consulting insight and insourced support to clients across a range of industries ranging from Financial Services to Advertising through to Property and the 3rd Sector.
She possesses a detailed and analytical understanding of Human Resources coupled with a strong ability to assess strategic options while understanding and negotiating commercial outcomes.
Sarah has an MA in Human Resource Management, and a BA in Business studies. Sarah is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development and is a Certified Practitioner for Thomas International psychometric testing (PPA, GIA, EI).
Charlotte (Charlie) Anderson – HR Business Partner
BSc Physical Geography, MSc Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis, Level 7 CIPD
Charlie is an accomplished HR Business Partner with nearly a decade of experience gained during her career with leading FMCG companies and then more latterly with Nestor. Charlie works across sectors including creative and media, political, charitable and technology, to name a few. By combining best practice, pragmatism and a commercial focus, Charlie ensures clients get the best possible outcomes.
As a senior consultant and HR Business Partner at Nestor, Charlie has designed and led numerous consulting engagements solving complex organisational, people and performance issues.
As a natural strategic thinker, Charlie has extensive experience in employee relations and organisational design, guiding clients on the legal and regulatory aspects of employment practices.
Charlie holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Organisational Analysis from Kings College London, a Level 7 CIPD qualification, and is at Chartered status with CIPD.
Emma Dunning – HR Business Partner
Level 7 CIPD
Emma joined Nestor as an HR Business Partner and brings with her almost 14 years as an HR practitioner. Emma works closely with clients to understand their challenges and how best Nestor can help to develop effective people strategies. Emma has strong business acumen, understands the importance of human capital to any business and works tirelessly to align these assets in developing business strategies with her clients.
Prior to joining Nestor, Emma has gained experience in a variety of sectors including professional services, public sector and FMCG. Emma has a particular interest in Employee Relations and the interpretation of new legislation.
Emma has Level 7 CIPD accreditation.
Shahed Choudhury – LLB (Hons), Level 7 CIPD
HR Business Partner
Shahed is an HR Business Partner at Nestor with over a decade of experience, largely in the Public Sector. Eight years with the Metropolitan Police has given him a thorough and rounded view of his profession. At Nestor, he provides robust yet measured HR advice and support for clients in sectors including Fintech, Marketing, Hospitality, Professional Services and Manufacturing.
Shahed is results driven and approaches all matters both professionally and confidentially. Shahed understands the importance of identifying business needs and aligning those needs to the business goals. Shahed thrives in achieving quality results and understands the importance of immersing himself in the culture and practices of his clients to best support their strategic needs.
Shahed is a qualified coach mentor, holds a degree in Law and CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Zaneta Nowak – Commercial HR Business Partner
BSc (Hons) Business Management, CIPD Level 5
Zaneta is an accomplished senior HR professional with extensive experience. She possesses a wide range of knowledge and skills gained over the last 10 years supporting UK businesses in both domestic and international markets. She brings together her commercial management experience and her detailed knowledge of HR Management for the benefit of our clients.
Her expertise includes successfully directing organisational planning and development through strategic initiatives and programs. Throughout her career, she has managed talent selection practices, process improvements, staff development, and employee relations. Zaneta has held the role of Global HR Partner for Jaguar Land Rover as well as a variety of roles in well known UK businesses across Retail, Hospitality and Technology.
Her dedication to optimising organisational success through her detailed knowledge of HR operations and strategies makes her a valuable resource for Nestor.
Zaneta holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Surrey and CIPD level 5 in Human Resources Management.
Hannah Khan – HR Assistant
BSc Business Economics, MSc Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis, Level 7 CIPD
Hannah joined Nestor in 2017 as an HR assistant. As part of a dedicated team, she provides HR support and advice to one of our largest clients. Hannah supports in the provision of a complete outsourced HR service in respect of recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
Hannah also advises across a diverse portfolio including media, political, charitable and technology sectors.
Hannah has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from Kings College London and has obtained a Level 7 CIPD qualification.
Marysia Popow – HR Assistant
BA (Hons) Sociology, MSc Human Resource Management, Level 7 CIPD
In her capacity as an HR Assistant, Marysia supports and advises a wide and varied portfolio of clients.
Marysia started her career with a leading children’s charity where she gained invaluable experience in the third sector. At Nestor, Marysia now splits her time between one of our largest clients in Financial Services, as well as her wider portfolio.
As a passionate HR professional, Marysia has expertise across the full human resources function including, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement programs.
Marysia has an MSc in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Business School, BA (Hons) in Sociology and Level 7 CIPD accreditation.
Sunil Seyani – HR Assistant
BSc (Hons) Psychology, MSc Human Resource Management, Level 7 CIPD
After completing an MA Degree in Human Resources Management at Coventry University, Sunil worked for one of the world's largest outdoor media companies. At Clear Channel, Sunil provided HR support to over 600 employees and the HR team. This included a revamp of the onboarding process, payroll administration, an HR system upgrade and HR analytics.
At Nestor, Sunil deploys his range of experiences and knowledge to support a diverse portfolio of clients. He is calm and measured in his approach to work. He works closely with our HR Business Partners to deliver against the high standards our clients expect and demand.
Sunil has a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Victoria Palmer – HR Assistant
BA (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management, Level 5 CIPD
During her degree, Vicky worked as an HR Intern at Oracle Corporation. Throughout her placement she provided administrative support to over 4,500 employees working in the UK, as well as leading and being involved in a number of strategic HR projects.
Since graduating in July 2018, Vicky has chosen to join Nestor to both widen and deepen her range of HR knowledge and experience. She currently provides administrative support and advice to one of our largest clients, as well as advising upon issues across the wider portfolio.
Vicky gained a BA (Hons) in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth and is CIPD level 5.
