Nestor was set up in 2005 to provide HR and Health & Safety Support to SMEs, predominantly in and around London. As an independent consulting firm, based in central London, we build relationships in order that we may better understand and advise our clients.
All our clients are looked after by one of our Business Partners, as well as the wider team. We spend time in your office to ensure we can deliver all the work we do to complement your business goals and objectives.
We employ a diverse group of highly qualified, skilled and capable individuals who understand the issues faced by our clients, and have the insight and ability to advise them. We work across all sectors but have built particular insight into the following areas:

How we work
All our client relationships start with what we call HR Assurance – it forms the foundation for all the work we do. It allows for a ‘health check’ or ‘audit’ of your HR documentation, policies and procedures. All our work is overseen by one of our HR Business Partners and you can expect to see the team in your office just as if they were your own HR department. Having reviewed and revised your paperwork they are then well placed to support and advise on all matters relating to general HR.
Many of our clients go on to engage us in a range of HR Projects – this is where we offer very specific advice pertaining to a specific challenge, outcome or project. Any project is fully scoped by one of our business partners and priced before you decide if you wish to engage us.
At times, clients prefer to outsource some or all of their entire HR needs to us – we call this HR Business Partner. We offer this on a fractional basis – simply meaning you have access to the expertise of the HR team 5 days a week but only pay for the hours or days you use.
