We are looking for a highly motivated HR Assistant looking to further their career in HR. You’ll be joining our expanding team to support our growth plans. The role will work along side a team of assistants and advisors to support the diverse portfolio of our HR Business Partners.

With investment from Marlowe, we are growing fast and now need to recruit a new HR Advisor to meet the needs of our expanding client portfolio.

The Role

We are looking for a recent Human Resources graduate with up to one years’ experience; or a masters’ student expected to graduate in the coming year, who is looking to start a career in HR. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a dynamic career in HR.The successful candidate will be exposed to a range of industries as well as a wide range of activities to guide, support and advise our clients

Areas of Responsibility

  • Administration associated with the entire employee life cycle
  • Maintenance of HRIS database and paper-based filing systems in compliance with the relevant Data Protection laws
  • Provide monthly payroll collation where required
  • Refer formal/complex employee relations and disciplinary/grievance issues to the HR Advisor or Lead HR Consultant and work with that person to offer solutions to the client
  • Provide admin support for investigations, disciplinary and grievances by producing meeting documentation packs, standard letters and arranging formal meetings. This will often require taking and producing minutes to ensure we meet client times scales and deadlines.

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000
Sector & Experience: Any sector – but must have good ER experience and the ability to multitask.
