Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an additional HR Advisor to join our team of highly qualified HR consultants. This is a client facing role, reporting into a n HR Business Partner, working across a diverse portfolio where you’ll be expected to spend time on site with clients and in our central London office.

The Role
We are looking for an HR Advisor with skills in Employee Relations, Coaching and UK Employment Legislation. The role holder will be required to work across a number of different sectors, supporting a portfolio of clients with their HR agenda. Thisis a fantastic opportunity to build both HR and commercial knowledge and experience. Supported by an HR Assistant(s), and reporting into an HRBP, the successful candidate would deliver a client’s HR function through both onsite and remote support.

Salary: | £30,000 – £45,000 |
Sector & Experience: | Any sector – but must have good ER experience and the ability to multitask. Experience of working with large corporate organisations or with charities would be an advantage but is not a requirement |
