As Nestor continues to grow, we are now looking for a Business Administration Assistant who will be involved in a wide range of tasks including HR administration, marketing operations, supporting our sales team, CRM management, market research and general office management support.

As a consulting firm, based in Central London (W1), we build strong relationships in order to understand and advise our clients. We employ a group of highly qualified, skilled and capable individuals who understand the commercial and HR issues faced by our clients and have the insight and ability to advise and support them.

With investment from Marlowe, we are growing fast and now need to recruit a new Business Operations Assistant to support the team in a range of tasks.

The Role

We are looking for a recent graduate with up to one years’ experience;or someone with a years business admin / marketing experience, who is looking to start or further a career in Business Administration.The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of activities to support both our management team and our team of HR consultants.

The ideal candidate would be

  • Eager to work in a fast paced consulting environment
  • Keen to learn the commercial elements of working in a client facing industry as well further develop their understanding of marketing, sales operations, market research and general business administration.
  • ‘Client ready’ and presentable as the role is likely require some level of client interaction
  • Potentially have an interest in a career in HR
  • Flexible, adaptable and resilient 

Areas of Responsibility

  • Maintenance of the CRM system, sales force
  • Market research
  • Office management
  • Administration associated with the entire employee life cycle
  • Maintenanc eof HRIS database and paper-based filing systems in compliance with the relevant Data Protection laws
  • Provide monthly payroll collation where required
  • Support monthly client invoicing as required
  • Provide admin support for investigations, disciplinary and grievances by producing meeting documentation packs, standard letters and arranging formal meetings. This may require taking and producing minutes to ensure we meet client times scales and deadlines.

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
Sector & Experience: Any sector – but must have good business administration experience and the ability to multitask.
